QUOTE. Comprehensive quotes stating all costs are presented for consideration.
ORDER PROCESSING. Our computerised order processing is linked to facsimile and e-mail transmission to ensure efficient communication.
FORWARDING. Special rates are negotiated with carriers for airfreight, seafreight and courier service.
CUSTOMS CLEARING. Steering the product through customs procedures, requirements and duties through our clearing agent JH Bachmann & Co with whom we have been associated for more than 17 years.
INSURANCE. Marine insurance for both airfreight and sea freight.
SETTLEMENT. Structuring the financial settlement of transactions in foreign currency and forward covering of exchange rates.
